What is the dress code?
At Tycoon, we are dedicated to maintaining an atmosphere of refined elegance. To uphold this standard, we kindly request that guests refrain from wearing athletic garments, headwear, or any attire that could be considered excessively provocative. Please note that our management reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of attire in accordance with our dress code. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our guidelines.
Do I need a reservation?
We suggest reserving a table if you intend to dine with us, while our bar is open for walk-in guests on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we have tables in the bar area that can be reserved, allowing you to enjoy our full dinner menu and the complete dining experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior.
Do you offer parking?
There is plenty of free parking, but complimentary valet service is provided on Friday and Saturday nights.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards for purchase. To purchase a physical gift card please visit our location.
Do you accommodate large parties?
Our dining room has limited space, and thus, the maximum party size we can accommodate is 18. However, we do have seating available for larger parties on our patio. We highly recommend making a reservation to ensure availability.
Do you have a private dining room available for meetings or events?
We do not have a dedicated space for accommodating large groups. Moreover, we remain closed for private events. In case you are interested in booking a private event, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are children allowed at Tycoon?
Although we do not have a policy against children, we recommend that parents exercise caution when bringing children under the age of 8, as it may disrupt other guests' dining experience. If you do plan to bring your child, we suggest making an early reservation. However, please note that we do not provide high-chairs or booster seats, and there is no specialized menu available for children.
What happens if I am running late?
If you anticipate running late, kindly contact the restaurant directly at 972-537-5720. Please note that arriving 15 minutes after your reserved time may result in forfeiture of your table and placement on the waiting list.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At Tycoon, we accept cash, debit and credit cards.
What is your celebration policy?
We welcome you to celebrate any special occasion at Tycoon. In order to ensure all guests enjoy their dining experience, we request that no balloons or decorations be brought into the restaurant. We do allow guests to bring in their own cake, however, there will be a cake-cutting fee of $20 per cake.
